Spencer joined Winston Hospitality in July 2021 as an analyst, focusing on new development site selection, market and feasibility analysis, and financial modeling. He quickly expanded his role by overseeing the renovation of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Jacksonville, NC, in 2022 and the Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Eagle Pass, TX, in 2023.

In 2023, Spencer transitioned to Development Manager, where he continued his analyst responsibilities while also managing both ground-up developments and conversion/rehab projects. He now oversees projects from the pre-development phase through completion, guiding them through entitlements, design and engineering, permitting, financing, and construction.

Spencer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of ULI Triangle and serves on the ULI Triangle Young Leaders Group Steering Committee.
