Watts oversees the day-to-day operations of Winston Hospitality's hotel assets. He has a successful track record in hotel operations with Hilton, Marriott, and casino hotels. Prior to joining Winston Hospitality, Watts served as General Manager for multiple properties while working with Hilton Worldwide.

Additionally, he oversees Winston Hospitality’s growing development pipeline and serves as the development lead for Marriott and Hilton-branded hotels under development, as well as renovations of branded and casino hotels.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a member of ULI Triangle and serves on the Ravenscroft School Alumni Committee.
